Attendance requirement. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented may be excluded from the final proceedings.

Residents of Saudi Arabia pay the local SAR rate; everyone else pays the international USD rate. Your country of residence in the form decides which applies. All payments are taken in SAR: an international fee is charged at its SAR equivalent (1.00 USD = 3.75 SAR, fixed), and both figures are shown before you pay.
SusTAIN 2026 is an in-person conference. Virtual attendance is available by request only — contact the organising committee.
Six workshop sessions will run alongside the conference, all free of charge. Workshop sign-up opens shortly — the session titles will be announced here.
